For deliveries we also record operational data generated by the shipment itself, such as status updates, dispatch and delivery times, proof of delivery and payment status.

Our website uses analytics and advertising tools that record standard technical information such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, device and browser type.

How we use your information

We use your information to price, arrange, dispatch and deliver shipments, to manage stored inventory and fulfillment for merchants, to communicate with you about your shipments and account, to handle billing and payment on delivery, and to improve our services and website.

Sharing your information

We share only what is necessary to complete a delivery. This may include sharing recipient name, phone number and delivery address with the rider or delivery partner handling your shipment.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Shipment, inventory and billing records are retained for as long as needed to operate our service, resolve disputes and meet our record-keeping obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Some records must be retained where they form part of a completed shipment or billing history.
