Our services

SendTrek Logistics provides warehouse storage, ecommerce order fulfillment, dispatch and delivery services. Deliveries outside our direct coverage area are arranged through our logistics network and delivery partners.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on our website are estimates generated from the details you provide. Final charges are confirmed based on the actual destination, package size, weight and service selected. Fulfillment and storage pricing for merchants is confirmed in writing during onboarding.

Storage charges

Each inventory batch received into our warehouse includes an initial free storage period. After that period, a daily storage charge applies at the rate confirmed for your account. Storage charges are billed to your merchant account.

Prohibited and restricted items

We do not accept illegal items, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, live animals, or any item prohibited by Nigerian law or by a carrier we use. We may refuse or return any shipment that breaches this term.

Delivery, confirmation and failed delivery

Delivery timelines are operational targets and are not guarantees. Recipients must be reachable on the phone number provided and available at the delivery address.

Where a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the parcel or provided an incorrect address, the shipment is recorded as a failed delivery attempt and returned to our facility. A re-delivery charge applies to any further attempt.

Payment on delivery

Payment on delivery is available for eligible local deliveries. Amounts collected on your behalf are recorded against the shipment and remitted to your account.

Claims and liability

Report any loss or damage to us as soon as it is discovered, and no later than seven days after the delivery or attempted delivery date, with supporting details. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the affected items and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or sales.

Merchant accounts

Merchant accounts are approved by our team. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the order, address and inventory information submitted through your account.
